Veterinarians will have obtained a Bachelor's Degree, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree, and (if currently still practicing veterinarian medicine in their own private practice) have state board certification.
Behavior Consultants will be certified in animal behavior and have professional experience training and interacting with companion animals. The behaviorist will have the ability to address questions regarding training and the relationships between an animal’s health, environment, experiences, and behavior.
Nutrition Consultants will be certified in animal nutrition and have years of experience analyzing and recommending the nutritional content of companion animal food. Nutritionists will be able to break down animal nutrition through product dissemination, examining an animal's behavior in their environment, and through reactions to the environment and medications.
Groomers working for Petline will be both certified and professionally experienced, some having owned their own salons for years. This enables them to answer questions for both cats and dogs on general terminology, health care, pesticides, clippers, hair care, oral hygiene, etc.
